Mr Dalton Clarke is Co-Founder & Chairman of 51 Dominance Capital. He has founded and grown a number of businesses in the automotive, energy and financial sectors.
With the knowledge of debt finance and project funding, Mr Clarke has concentrated his efforts primarily in the property, hospitality, energy, agriculture, and healthcare industries. With over 30 years of leadership and executive management experience in the private sector and a real determination to create sustainable communities throughout the world, Mr Clarke brings a high level of clarity and executive ability to the organization.
Mr Janneman has experience in dealing with both local South African and international business transactions, negotiations, financing and company structuring.
Areas of focus have been on: Petroleum markets, (specializing in structuring and negotiating transactions on behalf of buyers and sellers.) Project Development: (Arranging of business structures from strategy to business plan development to fundraising to execution of projects with teams that are aligned to those projects. Beneficiation of Precious Metals: (Minting and manufacture of gold and silver and distribution of related products.) Financing activities: (The nature of some of the projects undertaken, required appropriate financing as a major component to project success. Mr Janneman has been involved in arranging financing mechanisms, structures and arrangements when necessary and have led to exposure to financial market players internationally.)
Mr van der Merwe has been specializing in the wholesale and retail market and in the Building Industry in South Africa for over 35 years and has been the CEO of market-leading Building Industry Companies in South Africa.
Since 1994, he has specialized in the development of unique solutions aimed at the low income, affordable and mass housing market, especially for conditions in Africa and has developed several unique solutions and products targeted at this unique market and holds Intellectual Property Rights over several developed products.
Some of these solutions and products are now being used throughout Africa and he is constantly busy with the development of revolutionary concepts unique in this field.
Mr Cruz has over a number of years acted as a business advisor and consultant to various Governmental Agencies. From 1997 to date Cruz has been Secretary General of OMAS – Mozambican Organization of Social Aid. He has been a member of the organization and former Secretary for Africa: IUFO – International Union of Family Organizations.d) Founder Member of CNAF – Confederação Nacional das Associações de Família. Cruz has also acted as Managing Director / CEO or Shareholder of a number of companies, including, but not limited to Oilmoz, Lda; Kayaairlines (PTY) Ltd, Tiko Investimentos SA; Oilmoz Holdings Mauritius; Sunroof Solutions, Lda; Crunchygalaxy Unip. Lda and Tanganyika Corporate Investment BANK. Cruz has attended a large number of worldwide Conferences as a speaker and as a guest in various areas of business.
